Matthew 6:30 — If God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is alive and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?
Can you imagine a famous clothing designer creating a wardrobe that would be worn once and then thrown into a fire? Most designers of high fashion would likely be unhappy that their creations would be treated like a disposable diaper. But our God is extravagant. He clothes the grass of the field with beauty even though the grass is so short-lived.
God sees value even in common “here today, gone tomorrow” grass and adorns it with wildflowers and butterflies for a brief season. God does this for His good pleasure, and He has the resources to make such abundant beauty possible again and again, all over the world.
If God cares so much for ordinary grass, think about how much He cares for extraordinary you! You, the one God made in His own image. You, the one Jesus suffered and died for. You, the one the Lord has made such exceedingly great and precious promises to. Certainly, God cares much more for you than the grass under your feet.
God’s love and grace are extravagant. To think that we are clothed in the same royal robes of righteousness as Jesus Christ is astonishing. We are wearing the highest fashion of all, and God has given it to us free of charge to wear every day. You look good in Christ!

"Matthew 6:30 NLT
And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith?"
Even in the midst of seemingly hopeless situations that seem like they will never be resolved, I believe that the Lord will give me a way to live.
1 Peter 1:13 NLT
So prepare your minds for action and exercise self-control. Put all your hope in the gracious salvation that will come to you when Jesus Christ is revealed to the world.
